Getting Started
Welcome to the Customer Docs — your reference for working with DMU. The sections of this knowledge base follow the same order most projects move through: from the first conversation, through your proposal and account setup, to your services going live and the ongoing billing that follows.
Brief & Proposal
From the discovery conversation through the proposal that lands in your inbox. What goes into each, and how to read it.
Account Creation
Your DMU portal account is created by our team — there's no public sign-up form. Once it's ready you receive a welcome email, and everything from there is self-serve.
Proposal Acceptance
Once you're logged in, your proposal lives in the portal. Review it, ask any last questions, and accept when you're ready.
Payment
How we invoice you and how you pay us. Project work is invoiced one phase at a time — each invoice is paid in full when it's sent. Recurring services (hosting, maintenance, SEO) bill separately on their own cycle.
Services & Monitoring
Everything we run for you, once you're live — domains, websites, email, SEO — plus a status view across all of them.
Subscriptions & Billing
The ongoing side. Recurring services (hosting, maintenance, SEO) renew automatically via Stripe — the card on file gets charged on each renewal date, you don't pay each cycle by hand. You manage cards from Billing Details, see what's running under Subscriptions, and add more from the Marketplace.
Help & Support
When you need a human. The right channel for the right question, plus what makes a ticket easy to resolve and the formal policies underneath the day-to-day.
